Tessa has been the best provider I've ever worked with. Over the past 3 years she's worked WITH me to help me reach goals I never thought I would be able to reach. She was always patient, empathetic, and supportive, and clearly and genuinely cared about my well-being. She never pushed me to go at a pace I wasn't comfortable with but, at the same time, never let me fall into a stagnant state or backslide from the progress I had made (always in a kind way). I always left our appointments feeling supported and encouraged in the path we were taking together and the progress speaks for itself. Tessa is a genuine person and provider and I cannot recommend her enough. She has been one of the highlights in this chapter of my life and a major reason why I feel confident in being able to keep tackling hard things throughout future chapters. I wish I could give more than 5 stars but this will have to do. 10/10 would recommend!

Ms. Tessa Perry PMNHP-BC is one of the most compassionate, knowledgeable and patient medical providers I've had the pleasure of receiving services from. She's a great listener who has the ability to connect with her patients and relates well to the subject at hand. I always feel like I get plenty of time to explain my issues without feeling rushed. She's accessible and responds to messages through the portal in a timely manner. At one time, she knew I was having issues with my insurance and provided resources to assist me the medication costs. I currently take advantage of virtual visits, however want to mention that when I saw her in person that her staff was very helpful and are above and beyond my level of standards. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking mental health services.

I’ve suffered with mental health issues for years. Tessa really helped me to get an accurate diagnosis and treat me with medication properly. Whenever an issue arises, she’s available to help and adjust medications. I find her to be caring, compassionate, thorough and completely professional without being detached or aloof.
